Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make the process as smooth as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Automatic Feeders & Treat Dispensers (hygiene concerns with food contact surfaces)
  • Bowls & Dishes (unless defective or damaged during shipping)
  • Dry Food (all pet food products are final sale)
  • Can Covers & Bag Clips (considered hygiene products)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if claiming damage
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Appearance: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
