Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unopened, with original packaging). Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Automatic Feeders & Treat Dispensers (due to hygiene concerns with food contact surfaces)
  • Bowls & Dishes (unless defective or damaged during shipping)
  • Dry Food (all pet food products are final sale)
  • Can Covers & Bag Clips (considered hygiene products)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Refund Processing
